Bath tub dips in middle so water won't drain completely. Any ideas of how to fix?

There could be several reason's. It could have been mounted wrong. It also could have a ';broken bottom'; . If the bottom is broken you should hear a pop or a hollow sound when you tap it with something like the handle of a screwdriver. That is the most likely problem. If it is broken that means that the plywood reinforcement that is stuck to the back with fiberglass has seperated. Two solutions for that would be to go into the subfloor and shore it up with some cut sections of 4x4. Or you could contact the manufacturor and they should warrenty it.Bath tub dips in middle so water won't drain completely. Any ideas of how to fix?
There was a rash of bad baths made by kohler and crane some years ago and the cast iron tub weakend in the center. the only thing that can be done is to replace entire tub.Bath tub dips in middle so water won't drain completely. Any ideas of how to fix?
maybe the legs need re-adjusting take off the bath panel and have a look.
Has it always been like this? If it's porcelain over cast iron there's not too much you can do. If it's fiberglass, you might be able to slightly flex it from below. If it's new, it's defective - get them to replace it.
