How to make my bath tub non-slippery?

i've bought different kinds of bath mats with suction on the bottom, still they don't stick, when stepping out of the tub, the mat slips out of place, and i don't want to use those little appliques shaped like different kinds of sea animales. do any one know or have any idea of how to make a bath tub non-slippery any other way. like de-glazing it or something and with what? How to make my bath tub non-slippery?
there are appliques that are just straight lines, and they changed the way the are made, so you can actually clean up after you decide to remove themHow to make my bath tub non-slippery?
welclean it every week with clorox and pine sol i did that it stoped being slipery, and about the mat u have 2 wet before placing it on the bathtub so it can stick maybe ur buying cheap brands
Okay you need to get a rubber maid bath mat. These stick for a very long time and they stay in place (I have one in my kids tub and they have a very hard time trying to get it to unstick so they can move it).
use a different kind of cleaner and make sure to rinse it real real good then try a stickky mat.
