That is totally FALSE!!! You should always take precaution when have sex in different places, but no....you cannot get hurt. Just as long as you're not going all crazy, but just because you're having sex in a another place besides the bedroom doesn't make it any dangerous.
If you are using a condom, heat from the water can make it more likely to break. I suppose there is also the risk of slipping in the tub and hurting yourself. Other than that I don't know of any serious risks.
